At Bella Linda Designs, we keep things simple and straightforward for you. All orders ship at a flat rate of just $7.95 through USPS or UPS. Plus, if your order totals $100 or more, you’ll enjoy FREE shipping on us! Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey. You can track your package online anytime via USPS or UPS. Please note, we currently ship only within the continental United States and cannot deliver to PO addresses.
We’re committed to fulfilling orders promptly, but sometimes USPS and UPS experience delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once the package leaves our warehouse, we can’t control shipping times. If you encounter any delays, please contact our customer service at sales@shopbellalinda.com. We’re here to help!
Incorrect Shipping Method or Address
If you accidentally enter something incorrectly! Just get in touch with our team at sales@shopbellalinda.com! If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days, we might have to cancel and refund your order.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address by the courier, we’ll replace your items if possible or refund your order along with any shipping costs. However, if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we won’t be able to issue a replacement or refund.

Bella Linda Designs, LLC Return Policy
At Bella Linda Designs, LLC, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, no worries! We happily accept returns on apparel (t-shirts and sweatshirts), cups, tumblers, and all other items within 30 days from when your order shipped. Here’s the scoop:
What You Need to Know:
Original Condition: Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
Shipping Costs: If your purchase qualified for free shipping, your refund will be the purchase price minus a $7.95 shipping fee, credited back to your original payment method. Please note, return shipping charges are on you.
Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Important Details:
If your return doesn’t meet our policy requirements, we won’t be able to accept it. You’ll need to cover a $7.95 re-shipping fee to get your items back. If we don’t receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, we’ll donate the items to charity on your behalf.
We can’t be responsible for items that get damaged on their way back to us, so please package everything securely.
