Bella Linda Return Policy
We hope you absolutely love your Bella Linda pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit only, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused with original tags still attached.
- In their original condition and packaging.
- You will also need to send proof of purchase
To start a return, simply submit a request through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Bella Linda covers the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We happily offer direct exchanges for a different size (based on availability).
To start an exchange, simply submit a request through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions and we’ll get your new item sent out as quickly as possible
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@shopbellalinda.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit never expires. If you have any issues, please contact us at hello@shopbellalinda.com
